• Packages, if purchased, are non-transferable and must be used within the validity period communicated at the time of purchase.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least X hours in advance.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged fully or partially.

• Fees once paid are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Package sessions, once started, are non-refundable.
