Refund Policy | ZenO Physiotherapy, Bangalore

1. Consultation & Single Session Fees

  • All consultation and single session fees are non-refundable once the service has been availed.

  • If a session is not attended, it will be treated as a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.


2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed appointments may be fully chargeable.

  • In genuine emergency situations, rescheduling may be considered at the clinic’s discretion.


3. Treatment Packages

  • All packages are non-refundable once the first session has been utilized.

  • Packages are non-transferable and must be used within the defined validity period.

  • Unused sessions after the validity period will expire and will not be refunded or extended.


4. Prepaid but Unused Services

  • If a service or package is paid for but no sessions have been used, a refund may be considered within 1 day of purchase, after deducting:

    • Any applicable transaction charges

    • Administrative fees


5. Partial Refunds (Exceptional Cases)

  • Partial refunds, if any, are provided only in exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical inability to continue treatment), and will be:

    • Evaluated on a case-by-case basis

    • Adjusted based on sessions already utilized at standard rates


6. Mode of Refund

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds will be made via the original mode of payment or bank transfer.


7. Clinic Discretion​

  • ZenO Physiotherapy reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests to ensure fairness and operational sustainability.
