Refund Policy | ZenO Physiotherapy, Bangalore
1. Consultation & Single Session Fees

All consultation and single session fees are non-refundable once the service has been availed.

If a session is not attended, it will be treated as a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed appointments may be fully chargeable.

In genuine emergency situations, rescheduling may be considered at the clinic’s discretion.
3. Treatment Packages

All packages are non-refundable once the first session has been utilized.

Packages are non-transferable and must be used within the defined validity period.

Unused sessions after the validity period will expire and will not be refunded or extended.
4. Prepaid but Unused Services

If a service or package is paid for but no sessions have been used, a refund may be considered within 1 day of purchase, after deducting:

Any applicable transaction charges

5. Partial Refunds (Exceptional Cases)

Partial refunds, if any, are provided only in exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical inability to continue treatment), and will be:

Evaluated on a case-by-case basis

Adjusted based on sessions already utilized at standard rates

6. Mode of Refund

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Refunds will be made via the original mode of payment or bank transfer.
7. Clinic Discretion​

ZenO Physiotherapy reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests to ensure fairness and operational sustainability.
